RISK AND AUDIT COMMITTEE

Kuruçayırlı Group Risk Committee is elected every year by the Board of Directors. The main tasks of the Risk Committee are to intervene in every risk at risk and create action by supervising the entire group affiliated companies, regardless of authority or unit. The Risk Committee regularly submits the Activity Reports that it generates each month at Board of Directors meetings.

The Kuruçayırlı Group Audit Committee has been established to audit all sub-brands and companies affiliated to the group through the Audit system and to end any possible problems or problems with quick and minimal damage. The Audit Committee, elected every year by the Board of Directors, conducts audits 8 times a year without any periodicals and shares these audits at Board of Directors meetings.
